Compensation
Our compensation models have been developed to maximize physicians’ income while also rewarding those who perform in a manner consistent with
EMstrategies’ philosophy and goals. We consider committee and meeting participation, continuing education, participation in medical staff activities, community service and patient satisfaction in our evaluation of EMS physicians.
Partnership
After demonstrating your clinical and administrative efficiencies, full-time physicians may be offered a partnership opportunity to be actively involved in directing corporate policy, procedure and practice governance. Physicians who are not offered Partnership or elect not to participate in partnership, still have an active voice in the clinical practice at their site.
Equitable Scheduling
Schedules are produced on a monthly basis with equal distribution of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
Malpractice Insurance
Malpractice and tail coverage is provided by the group at no expense to the physician. Our commitment to recruiting and retaining high caliber physicians, our extensive quality review process and our attention to risk management has kept our claims history well below the national average.
